I helped Crush with their opening three years ago, and it is still one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. The space is delight, but the real treat is the food that is technically brilliant but also incredibly comforting. The flavors are rich and bold, but never unbalanced. Jason is one of Seattle's favorite start chefs, winning numerous awards and much critical praise, including being selected Best New Chef by Food and Wine Magazine in 2006. Before opening Crush with his wife Nicole, Jason was the executive Chef at Stars, Seattle, and part of the opening kitchen team at Stars Singapore.
